Provide Professional Architectural and Engineering Services to Design

The Jefferson Parish Purchasing Department is seeking a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from persons or firms interested and qualified to provide professional architectural and engineering services for the design and construction of the new West Bank Regional Library. The selected firm will be responsible for providing a welcoming experience that invites visitors to participate in programs that encourage discovery, learning, conversation, participation, and fun for people of all ages and abilities. The project is expected to require supplemental services such as surveying, geotechnical investigation, and resident inspection. • The firm must have at least one principal who is a licensed, registered architect or professional engineer in the State of Louisiana. • The firm must have a professional in charge of the project who is a licensed, registered architect in the State of Louisiana with a minimum of eight years' experience. • The firm must have one employee who is a licensed, registered architect or professional engineer in the State of Louisiana in the applicable discipline involved. • The firm must have at least one employee or subcontractor who is a licensed, registered architect or professional engineer who has at least eight years of noted experience in the design and construction administration of public libraries.
