2026 Seafood Expo North American Exhibit Space Rental Structure and Furnishings

The North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is seeking a vendor to provide exhibit space rental structure and furnishings for the 2026 Seafood Expo North America. The vendor will be responsible for providing four 10'x10' exhibit spaces on one side of the aisle and four 10'x10' exhibit spaces on the opposite side of the aisle, with laminate panels, countertops, and metal extrusions. The vendor will also provide furniture, floor covering, and additional services such as custom graphic company name headers and Got to Be NC Seafood logos. The contract will be for a one-time event, and the vendor will be required to install and dismantle the rental booth equipment. • The exhibit spaces will be used to promote North Carolina seafood companies at the 2026 Seafood Expo North America. • The vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment and services for the exhibit spaces. • The contract will include provisions for payment, performance, and termination. • The vendor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The State reserves the right to reject any quote that does not meet the requirements and specifications of the RFQ.
