Budget estimate

$8,000,000 – $12,000,000

The solicitation states a budget of approximately $9,843,068 for the work. Considering typical contractor profit margins (5‑15 %) and potential change‑order allowances, the total budget to the winning contractor could range from roughly $8 million (if the project is bid low and minimal change orders) up to $12 million (if higher‑priced bids are accepted and additional scope is added). Factors influencing the final amount include the exact bid price, any grant‑related cost adjustments, bonding requirements, and the extent of subcontractor usage.
