Conf: MNIT Training and Professional Development

The State of Minnesota is seeking proposals for a conference venue to host the Minnesota IT Services (MNIT) Training and Professional Development for Managers and Supervisors Conference. The conference will be held on Thursday, October 8, 2026, and the venue must be located within 20 miles of the MNIT Central Office in St. Paul, MN. The estimated number of attendees is 400. The contract term is anticipated to be from June 1, 2026, to January 31, 2027, with the option to extend up to an additional 12 months. • The conference specifications and details can be found in Exhibit C and Exhibit C, Supplement 1, of the Sample Contract. • The State reserves the right to award this conference to a facility that is clean, well maintained, provides adequate space, and is located in the State of Minnesota. • The contract prices shall not be adjusted if the number of attendees falls below the estimate. • The State desires open and fair competition, and questions from responders must be submitted in writing to the Solicitation Administrator before the due date and time.
