Muscogee County School District (MCSD) is issuing a sealed‑bid, IDIQ procurement for a comprehensive catalog of musical instruments, accessories, cases, stands, bows, and related equipment to be supplied on an as‑needed basis to schools throughout the district. Vendors must quote prices for each of the >600 line‑items listed on the provided Quote Sheet, comply with the substitution of the “Roughneck” stand with the Endur Music Stand (SKU #038B500), and rely on the manufacturers’ standard warranties—no local after‑sale service is required. The contract will run for one year beginning October 20 2026, with up to three optional one‑year renewals, and awards will be made on October 19 2026. • Supply a full range of wind, string, percussion, and auxiliary classroom instruments (e.g., saxophones, clarinets, bassoons, drums, xylophones, etc.). • Provide cases, bows, outfits, and accessories as specified; deliver on a per‑order basis under a fixed‑price schedule. • Meet warranty requirements (manufacturer’s warranty only) and adhere to MCSD’s delivery, marking, inspection, and record‑retention policies.
