Fine Arts Equipment, Supplies, and Service

The North East Independent School District (NEISD) is seeking proposal responses for Fine Arts Equipment, Supplies, and Service. The scope of this bid includes, but is not limited to, musical instruments and/or musical instrument repair services, marching band equipment and props, music stands and/or sheet music racks, costuming and/or costume design services for spirit clubs and performing arts, stage and theatrical lighting equipment and service, live-performance recording equipment and service, audio/visual equipment and service, microphones, backdrops, including electronic backdrops, stage and auditorium equipment, and art equipment and supplies. • The bid is an Extended Response Period (ERP) bid, and awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period. • Vendors are encouraged to submit responses as soon as possible. • Purchases will be made on an as-needed basis. • The district does not guarantee any purchase quantities or dollar amounts. • Respondents must register as a supplier to be able to respond electronically. • Assistance with the submittal is available by calling 210-407-0175.
