Fine Arts Equipment, Supplies, and Service

North East Independent School District (NEISD) is seeking proposals for the purchase, repair, rental, and related services of fine‑arts equipment and supplies to support its music, band, choir, dance, theater, and visual‑arts programs. This is an Extended Response Period (ERP) bid; awards will be made incrementally as proposals are received and evaluated. Vendors may submit electronic bids through the district’s e‑bidding platform and must register as a supplier. The scope includes musical instruments, marching band equipment and props, music stands, costuming, stage lighting, audio/visual gear, recording equipment, microphones, backdrops, and general art supplies. Vendors can also propose service rates (e.g., hourly labor) for installation, repair, or rental services. The district does not guarantee purchase quantities; orders will be placed on an as‑needed basis.
