Security Services

The State of Wyoming, Wyoming Military Department, is seeking proposals for security services at two installations in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and Camp Guernsey, Wyoming. The selected contractor will provide armed security guard services, including personnel, equipment, and supplies, to secure facilities and protect personnel. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to extend for two additional years. The contractor will be required to provide a firm fixed price for the services, including all personnel, overhead, equipment, and other miscellaneous costs. The evaluation criteria will include qualifications and experience, technical approach, uniforms, equipment, firearms, and vehicles, reference/client reported performance, and price and cost analysis. • The contractor will be responsible for hiring, training, and administering motivated and professional employees who meet or exceed the contractor's standards and contract requirements. • The contractor will provide seasonal uniforms and weather-appropriate protective clothing for security personnel. • The contractor will provide firearms, ammunition, and duty belts for security personnel. • The contractor will provide vehicles for security personnel. • The contractor will be required to provide a minimum of three vehicles available 24/7, maintained in good repair, no greater than two years old, and no more than 20,000 miles.
