Construction of Aerial and Underground Fiber Optic Cabling - Central Square Service Area

Oswego County's Office of Strategic Initiatives Department is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to furnish all labor and equipment as it pertains to constructing approximately 20 miles of fiber optic cable throughout Oswego County. There is a potential to award to multiple contractors for both aerial and underground construction, as well as in various segments. Awarded contractors will be issued directives to construct areas on a task-order basis as pole licenses abd permits are received by Oswego County. Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: None.
