Provision of a Retiree Medicare Advantage Plan on an Annual Contract

Gwinnett County is seeking a qualified insurance carrier to provide a Medicare Advantage (MA) plan for its retirees on an annual contract basis. The contract will cover medical, Part B prescription‑drug, and a suite of supplemental benefits (vision, dental, hearing, etc.) for eligible former employees and their spouses. The selected carrier must be authorized to do business in Georgia, hold an A.M. Best rating of A‑7 or higher, and embed a $7.08 per member per month commission payable to Aon within the proposed rate.
