Scarsdale Boulevard Sewer Extension

The City of Pearland (or the issuing authority) is soliciting sealed bids for the construction of a sanitary sewer extension along Scarsdale Boulevard. The scope includes installing approximately 1,139 linear feet of 12‑inch HDPE pipe, constructing three new manholes, removing and replacing one existing manhole, and rehabilitating another existing manhole with coring. Additional work involves demolition and restoration of 700 sq yd of reinforced‑concrete sidewalks, 48 sq yd of reinforced‑concrete roadway pavement, and re‑seeding disturbed grass sod. All labor, materials, and equipment are required to be provided by the successful bidder.
