Lease - Alaska - Kenai Outstation (Medical)

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to lease clinical space for a Vet Center in Alaska. The leased space should be contiguous, professional, and aesthetically pleasing, with a minimum of 80 square feet for the Telecommunications Room. The space should have various rooms, including a lobby, reception area, offices, group counseling rooms, kitchen, restrooms, and storage areas. The lessor is responsible for providing all materials, parts, and labor to complete the space and room requirements, including telecommunications services and security systems. The lease shall be fully serviced, including janitorial, basic cable, guest high-speed internet Wi-Fi, security monitoring, and maintenance. Some key features required include: • Power-assisted front entrance door • Entry control system with remote viewing and communication capabilities • Nurse call system • Sound masking system • CCTV system with 30-day time-lapse video recording • Access control systems, including key fobs, card readers, or electronic keypads • Luxury vinyl tile/plank flooring • Carpet tile in offices and group rooms • Corian solid surface countertops • Acoustical ceiling panels The lessor shall also provide and install all cable runs throughout the space, and ensure that all telecommunications services are terminated in the Telecommunications Room.
