Restaurants, Catering, Delivery & Mobile Food Services-Cycle 2

Pearland Independent School District (ISD) is issuing an “all‑award” Request for Proposal (RFP) to procure restaurants, catering, delivery, and mobile food services for its schools. The solicitation is open to any vendor that can supply the required food services and submit full pricing and service lists. Awards will be made incrementally to multiple vendors throughout the open period, with a three‑year contract term ending June 30 2029. Vendors must respond via the Pearland ISD eBid system; verbal questions are not accepted. The district will evaluate submissions monthly and may award vendors even if no immediate work is assigned, allowing the district to call on awarded vendors when needs arise. No guarantee of volume is provided.
