Student and District Activities and Venues

The Pearland ISD is seeking vendors for student and district activities and venues. This RFP is an "all award" bid, meaning that all vendors that comply and respond with all required bid documents and information will be awarded. The initial term of the contract is five years, with the final expiration date being June 30, 2031. Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the open period of this solicitation. • The RFP is open to all vendors who can provide goods or services for student and district activities and venues. • Vendors must submit pricing, a list of goods or services offered, and any required documentation. • Being awarded for this bid does not guarantee business to vendors, but makes vendors awarded with the district so that if the need arises, and the district needs to utilize services that a vendor offers, the vendor will already be awarded. • Questions regarding the scope of work or services must be submitted through the Pearland ISD eBid System by 2 pm, Friday, December 4, 2026.
