Student and District Activities and Venues- Cycle 2

Pearland Independent School District is issuing an “all‑award” Request for Proposal to pre‑qualify vendors who can provide goods and services for student and district activities and venues. The solicitation is open to any vendor that submits the required documentation, pricing, and a list of offered goods/services. Awards will be made incrementally throughout the open period, and being awarded does not guarantee future work; it simply places the vendor on an approved list for up to five years. The contract term is five years, expiring June 30 2031.
