RFP for Engineering (Professional) Services, Basin Creek Park Rehabilitation

The City and County of Butte-Silver Bow is seeking a qualified engineering firm to provide professional services for the rehabilitation of Basin Creek Park. The project involves improving accessibility, public safety, and visitor experience through vegetation restoration, ADA-compliant facilities, and interpretive amenities. The selected firm will be required to provide a proposal that includes a scope of work, company hierarchy chart, project schedule, and cost estimate table. The firm must demonstrate competence and qualification for the type of services required and must comply with all applicable federal regulations and requirements. Key aspects of the project include: • Removal of hazardous trees and replacement with native species • Construction of a new ADA-accessible pavilion and installation of picnic tables and benches • Upgrading of parking and restroom facilities to meet ADA accessibility requirements • Design and installation of interpretive and wayfinding signage • Compliance with the National Historic District designation and maintenance of the historic viewshed
