Duty Weapons

The Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department is seeking bids for duty weapons, including Glock 17 GEN6 DC8 Duty Handguns, Aimpoint COA BOF/UCSR LE red dot sights, and Streamlight TLR-a HL Weapon Lights. The bid includes a total of 309 units of each item. The successful bidder must comply with all provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and all rules and regulations promulgated thereunder. The bidder must also provide warranty provisions as outlined in the bid. • The bid must be submitted in accordance with the specifications and special terms and conditions. • The bidder must furnish all information requested, including descriptive literature and complete specifications covering the products offered. • The City of Winston-Salem & Forsyth County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. • The bidder must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 and Section 1324A, the Immigration Reform and Control Act.
