NHFPL 2025-C1 Bookmobile Wifi (Form 470 # 250024732)

The City of New Haven is seeking proposals for Category 1 network equipment and internet access for the library bookmobile (Wi-Fi). The proposed solution must support a minimum of 25 concurrent users. Offerors must provide incremental pricing for all bandwidth levels supported between the minimum and maximum listed for an appropriate cost-effective analysis. The contract term is one year with four one-year renewal options. • The proposal must include the complete cost to connect to and work with the LAN. • Proposals must clearly identify installation/construction costs, if applicable. • The proposal must include the cost for Static IP addresses. • The proposal must specify dmarc address, mode of delivery, bandwidth level, and contract term. • Services must support a minimum of 25 concurrent users. • The proposal must include all costs, including special construction or non-recurring charges. • The proposal must clearly separate E-Rate eligible costs from ineligible costs.
