Sources Sought: Maintenance and Repair Services for Ghost Robotics Vision 60 Q-UGV

The United States Air Force is seeking sources for maintenance and repair services for Ghost Robotics Vision 60 Q-UGVs. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing annual maintenance, including cleaning, inspecting, servicing, testing, calibrating, and maintaining the Q-UGVs and associated ancillary equipment. The contractor must have manufacture-trained and qualified personnel with at least two years of experience in maintenance and repair of Ghost Robotics Vision 60 Q-UGVs. The contractor will also be required to provide a point of contact available during normal business operations and have a comprehensive maintenance list of all work performed. Key points to consider: • The contractor must provide all shipping costs, labor, material, parts, equipment, certifications, and tools necessary to maintain the Q-UGVs. • The contractor must have a point of contact available during Ellsworth AFB normal business operations with an initial call back response time not to exceed 48 hours. • The contractor must maintain a comprehensive maintenance list of all work performed to the Ghost Robotics Vision 60 Q-UGVs. • The contractor must provide written assurance of the competency of their personnel and a list of credentials of employees performing services.
