Media Asset Management System

The State of North Carolina, through PBS NC, is seeking bids to procure the Iconik Media Asset Management (MAM) platform from Backlight. The contract will provide a three‑year cloud‑based subscription that includes a defined set of user licenses, 25 TB of proxy storage, monthly transfer capacity, AI credits, and workflow automations. In addition to the software license, the vendor must migrate existing media assets and metadata from the current Dalet Galaxy system, integrate the new platform with Telestream Vantage, Telestream DIVA, Adobe Premiere Pro, and on‑premises Quantum Xcellis storage via the Iconik storage gateway, and configure/validate automated workflows (e.g., captioning, archiving, distribution). The subscription is billed annually, with optional one‑year renewals, and usage‑based overage charges are excluded from the base price.
