The contractor will set up accounts, manage 40‑year payment plans, handle fees and late payments, provide monthly and quarterly reporting, and support collection actions, including potential water shut‑offs for delinquent accounts. The engagement includes developing or using software for interest calculations and ensuring data security in compliance with PCI and FDCPA standards. • Create and manage assessment accounts, issue monthly bills, and process electronic, paper, and cash payments. • Administer 40‑year payment plans, calculate early‑payoff amounts, assess initiation, late, and processing fees, and report delinquent accounts. • Deliver monthly written reports and quarterly meetings, maintain data security, and provide software solutions for payment‑plan calculations.
