The State of Delaware is seeking qualified vendors to supply reformulated, regular‑unleaded gasoline (ASTM D4814, ~87 AKI) to all covered state agencies, municipalities, school districts, and volunteer fire companies for a two‑year period beginning September 1 2026. Deliveries may be will‑call or automatic, must meet strict reformulated and additive specifications, and must be available 24/7 for order acceptance.
