RFQ 08-01 Generator Fuel System

The State of Connecticut’s Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is seeking vendors to provide a Generator Fuel System Upgrade for its facilities. The scope includes design, supply, installation, and testing of a fuel delivery system for portable and standby generators, as well as ongoing maintenance and repair services. This RFQ is open to all qualified vendors and is classified under building and facility maintenance categories. • Upgrade or replace existing generator fuel tanks, pumps, and filtration components. • Provide engineering drawings and compliance documentation. • Install new fuel lines, safety shut‑off valves, and monitoring equipment. • Perform testing, commissioning, and training of facility staff. • Offer preventive maintenance and emergency repair services for portable generators. • Must comply with state and federal safety/environmental regulations.
