Interactive Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) Training Platform Development

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is conducting market research for an Interactive Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Training Platform. The agency seeks vendor input on developing a high‑fidelity, 3‑D, immersive virtual training environment that enables inspectors to perform plant walk‑downs, view P&IDs, and simulate process flows and safety scenarios. Respondents must provide company profile, technical capability, curriculum design approach, cybersecurity and data‑rights strategy, past performance, and a rough order‑of‑magnitude (ROM) timeline and pricing model.
