Conference Planning Services

The Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive conference planning services for the annual three-day Kansas Prevention Collaborative (KPC) Conference. The conference aims to support statewide prevention priorities, including substance use prevention, mental health promotion, and suicide prevention. The vendor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the conference, including attendee support, exhibitor coordination, presenter selection, and venue selection. The vendor must demonstrate experience in conference planning, project management, and budget management.
