OnCall Training Services - Water Resources

The City of Mesa seeks a qualified vendor to provide on‑call training services to its Water Resources staff. The contract is a fixed‑price “requirements” agreement that will allow the City to issue task‑orders for classroom, virtual, or onsite training on safety, environmental, technical, and professional‑development topics as needs arise. The vendor must supply qualified instructors, all instructional materials, and maintain comprehensive training records in compliance with state and agency regulations. • Provide flexible, on‑call training (classroom, virtual, onsite) covering water‑utility‑related subjects such as safety, environmental compliance, and technical operations. • Instructors must have at least three years of teaching experience with state or municipal agencies and must meet all applicable regulatory standards. • Vendor is responsible for all training materials, equipment, record‑keeping, and must adhere to City’s insurance, de‑barment, and background‑check requirements.
