Professional Learning on Verbal De-Escalation

The State of Arizona seeks a qualified trainer or training organization to deliver professional learning on verbal de‑escalation to K‑12 educators across the state. The contractor will develop and present an evidence‑based curriculum covering behavior cycles, de‑escalation techniques, self‑regulation strategies, and proactive classroom routines, provide certification (with optional train‑the‑trainer), and coordinate scheduling with ADE. All travel costs must be included in the price (no reimbursements); materials must meet ADA accessibility standards, and performance will be measured via an ADE‑approved evaluation tool.
