The Southeast Kansas Education Service Center (GREENBUSH) is issuing RFP 27.5 ESC‑LEARN2027 to establish one or more cooperative contracts that will supply K‑12 schools and other eligible public‑sector entities with a broad portfolio of instructional materials, digital learning technologies, classroom furniture, specialized instructional programs, and professional learning services. Vendors may propose any or all of the listed categories; the award will be based on price, qualifications, product quality, and ability to support implementation and ongoing service. Existing GREENBUSH/AEPA contract holders must re‑submit to be considered; new vendors may also compete. The solicitation consists of five mandatory parts (terms, technical specs, questionnaire, signatures, pricing workbook) and requires full completion for a valid response. • Scope includes textbooks, workbooks, digital curricula, adaptive learning platforms, AI‑enhanced tools, classroom furniture, STEM/CTE equipment, and professional development services. • Open to manufacturers, publishers, distributors, system integrators, and service providers who can demonstrate capacity to deliver, install, train, and support K‑12 entities across Kansas. • No minimum purchase volume guaranteed; contracts will be “use‑as‑needed” by participating districts. • Submission window: 28 Sep 2026 – 4 Nov 2026. • All five parts (terms, specs, questionnaire, signatures, pricing workbook) must be downloaded and completed. • Evaluation will consider qualifications, product alignment with standards, pricing methodology, implementation and support plans, and value‑added services.
