South Texas College is seeking qualified vendors to provide on‑demand rental of a broad range of equipment—including event furnishings, tents, lighting, generators, construction lifts, climate‑control units, traffic control devices, and related delivery, setup, teardown, and operator services—to support its multiple campuses throughout Texas. The contract will be awarded for an initial one‑year term with two optional one‑year renewals, and the college may issue purchase orders for any of the listed categories as needs arise.
