Salem Area Office Remodel Take Two

The Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians (CTSI) is seeking a qualified Architectural and Engineering (A&E) firm to design the conversion of a warehouse unit into a commercial office space, community meeting room, commercial kitchen, and house walk-in freezer and refrigerator. The project is located in Salem, OR, and the selected firm will be responsible for providing a Master Plan, construction documents, and other services as outlined in the RFP. Key considerations include experience with similar projects, Indian preference, and fees. The contract will be awarded to the firm whose proposal is deemed most advantageous to CTSI. • The project involves converting a 10,000 sq/ft warehouse unit into a commercial office space, community meeting room, commercial kitchen, and house walk-in freezer and refrigerator. • The selected firm will be responsible for providing a Master Plan, construction documents, and other services as outlined in the RFP. • Experience with similar projects, Indian preference, and fees will be considered in the evaluation of proposals. • The contract will be awarded to the firm whose proposal is deemed most advantageous to CTSI.
