LS SIERRA BRAVO IMPROVEMENTS

The City of Temple Terrace seeks a qualified contractor to completely refurbish the Lift Station Sierra Bravo (SB) located at 7403 Harney Road. The project involves demolition, procurement and installation of submersible sewage pumps, mixers, a climate‑controlled electrical building, new electrical and PLC control systems, VFD drives, generators, fuel tanks, stormwater improvements, paving, fencing, and integration with existing odor‑control and chemical‑feed systems, plus an optional overflow wet‑well coating. • Complete refit of existing pump station with new submersible pumps and mixers. • Installation of a prefabricated climate‑controlled electrical building and full electrical/PLC/VFD system. • Civil works including stormwater upgrades, paving, fencing, and utility connections. • Coordination with TECO for new electrical feed and optional overflow wet‑well coating as an add‑alternate.
