The College of Education at the University of South Carolina is seeking a qualified vendor to design, implement, and support a comprehensive, scalable data‑management platform that integrates with the university’s Student Information System (SIS) and Blackboard Ultra LMS. The solution must align with accreditation, program, and state standards, support a full suite of assessment and reporting functions (including online assessments, multi‑rater rubrics, e‑portfolios, and certification‑progress tracking), and provide a user‑friendly interface with minimal training requirements. Vendors must also deliver remote end‑user training, documentation, configuration consulting, best‑practice guidance, and ongoing implementation troubleshooting.
