The Alaska Vocational Technical Center (AVTEC) seeks a qualified vendor to deliver a cloud‑based, SaaS Student Information System (SIS) that will replace its legacy Anthology platform. The contract includes full system licensing, data migration, configuration, testing, user training, go‑live support, and ongoing maintenance through a multi‑year term, with the solution required to be fully operational by July 1 2027. The project serves roughly 700‑800 students and over 1,000 annual applications, encompassing admissions, enrollment, academic records, financial aid, housing, and reporting functions. • Provide a commercially available SaaS SIS with full student‑lifecycle functionality. • Migrate historical data from Anthology to the new system. • Perform system configuration, testing, user training, and go‑live support (mostly remote, limited onsite as needed). • Deliver ongoing software maintenance, technical support, and updates for the contract term. • Meet stringent security and privacy requirements for PII and educational records. • Project budget: $450,000‑$650,000; implementation to be completed by 07/01/2027.
