The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) is seeking a contractor to provide commercial off-center lodging accommodations for students training at the FLETC in Artesia, NM. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing facilities, supervision, and labor to provide lodging accommodations that comply with current Federal, State, and Local health, fire, and safety regulations. The scope of work includes providing rooms and hotel/motel facilities for students, with the total number of rooms subject to change based on the needs of the Government. The contractor will be evaluated based on prior experience and management capability, with the Government seeking the best value. • The contractor must provide lodging accommodations that meet the quality standards set forth in the Statement of Work. • The contractor must comply with all terms and conditions outlined in the solicitation. • The Government will verify vendor responsibility through SAM.gov. • The contractor will be required to provide a brief capability statement, including prior experience, not to exceed three pages. • The contractor will be evaluated based on prior experience and management capability, with the Government seeking the best value.
