USNH Beverage Procurement Program

The University System of New Hampshire is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide beverage programs for all campuses, including food concession areas, dining and catering facilities, retail operations, and vending operations. The successful firm will be expected to provide high-quality products, state-of-the-art equipment, maintenance and service programs, user-friendly ordering systems, and marketing support. The contract will be for approximately 10 years for UNH and 7 years for PSU and KSC, with an option for a 10-year extension. • The firm will be responsible for providing beverages to all campuses, including fountain drinks, bottled water, sports drinks, energy drinks, and juices. • The firm will be required to provide equipment, maintenance, and service for all beverage dispensing locations. • The firm will be expected to provide marketing support and promotional materials to drive sales and customer satisfaction. • The firm will be required to provide financial support to UNH Athletics, including a guaranteed annual support of $150,000. • The firm will be expected to provide complimentary services to each campus, including support for events and activities.
