E. 6TH STREET - SANITARY SEWER AND WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENTS

The City of Gillette is seeking qualified contractors to replace and upgrade sanitary sewer and water infrastructure along 6th Street and adjoining alleys. The scope includes installing new PVC sewer and water mains, replacing HDPE storm‑drain, installing fire hydrants, valves, manholes, and associated pavement work. A pre‑bid meeting is scheduled, and bids must be submitted online by the closing date. • Install 8” PVC sanitary sewer main, 4” PVC extensions, and related appurtenances. • Install 6” and 8” PVC water mains, fire hydrants, test stations, and curb stops. • Remove and replace 12” HDPE storm‑drain main with upgraded inlets and appurtenances, plus full‑depth asphalt pavement removal/replacement. • Additional alternates for water‑main replacement and sewer‑main extensions. • All work must comply with city specifications and be completed within the project schedule.
