Army G-9 ISE Program Planning and Training Support

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Mobile District is seeking information on capability and availability of potential contractors to provide enterprise-level support for the Army Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-9, Installation Services – Environment (ISE) program. The supported mission areas include Compliance, Conservation, Cleanup, Energy, and Sustainability. The required services include program support, training support, and technical services such as data analysis, assessment, inspection, survey, maintenance, update, research, review, organization, compiling, migration, monitoring, tracking, reporting, work plans, workflow management, auditing, sustainment, and help desk support. • The contractor must have the capability to perform and manage the tasks as noted above. • The contractor must have a Top Secret facility/security clearance to obtain required access to the cArmy Cloud which houses the WEBCASS-E platform. • The contract scope may include purchasing limited licenses for the use of software currently utilized by G-9 and their supported commands. • The contractor must be able to provide training instruction to program users executing Army environmental programs. • The contractor must be able to demonstrate functional capability and past performance on contracts/projects of similar scope.
