The U.S. Army Europe (USAREUR) is seeking qualified vendors to provide embedded Athletic Trainer (AT) personal services across six brigades stationed at five installations in Germany and one in Italy. The effort will supply 18 full‑time equivalent certified ATs and 6 Lead ATs who meet DoD/DHA credentialing standards, delivering forward musculoskeletal care, injury prevention, and reconditioning within the Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) system. The contract will be a firm‑fixed‑price personal‑services agreement with a 60‑day phase‑in, a 10‑month base period and up to four 12‑month options, potentially spanning five years.
