Fairweather Lodges

The Department of Human Services is seeking a non-profit organization to manage and implement the Fairweather Lodge model across Pennsylvania. The selected applicant will identify regions with demonstrated need, recruit and support community partner organizations to establish Fairweather Lodges, and provide training and technical assistance. The project aims to establish between two and five new Lodges, creating permanent housing opportunities for up to 18 individuals. Key responsibilities include outreach, community partner organization agreements, training, and project management. • The selected applicant will provide monthly progress reports, periodic reports, and an annual report. • The applicant must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and provide documentation to support their organization's current nonprofit status. • The Department will reimburse the selected applicant for work satisfactorily performed up to the maximum agreement amount. • The project will promote recovery, increase independence, and foster long-term housing stability for members.
