The State of Vermont is soliciting qualified firms to perform investment‑grade energy audits (ASHRAE Level II) on a statewide portfolio of state‑owned and municipal buildings. Audits must include detailed data collection, field testing (blower‑door, infrared), analysis, and a comprehensive report with an ECM list, cost‑benefit and lifecycle assessments. Pricing is per‑square‑foot for conditioned and unconditioned space, with separate rates for specific testing, and the contract runs for three years with an optional two‑year extension.
