Global Custody Services

The State of Arkansas is seeking a contractor to provide global custody services for the Arkansas Treasurer of State's Office. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing custody and safely keeping a portfolio of approximately $9.5 billion, maintaining a daily market value in accordance with margin requirements for collateralized investments, and accepting physical delivery and collateral securing the State's investments. The contract is expected to be for a term of up to four years, with the option to renew for up to three additional one-year terms. • The contractor will be required to provide a technical proposal, including information on their experience, proposed solution, and risk management plan. • The contractor will also be required to provide a pricing response, including a completed pricing sheet and a list of recommended options. • The evaluation criteria for the proposal will include the contractor's experience, proposed solution, risk management plan, and pricing. • The contract will be awarded to the contractor who submits the most advantageous proposal, based on the evaluation criteria.
