Description
This Invitation to Bid (ITB) seeks qualified vendors to establish a statewide price agreement for the supply, installation, repair, and related engineering services of communication antenna systems across New Mexico state agencies. The agreement covers hardware (VHF/UHF/microwave antennas, waveguides, coax, lightning protection, test equipment, mounting hardware, etc.), design and consulting services (RF coverage studies, intermodulation analysis, feasibility, licensing), installation and field‑service labor (tower crews, technicians, supervisors), training, and out‑of‑warranty maintenance. The contract will initially run for two years with the possibility of up to four additional two‑year extensions (maximum six years). Bidders must submit a percent discount off MSRP for hardware items and hourly rates for labor categories, provide a one‑year warranty on all hardware, and meet all licensing, bonding, and insurance requirements.
• Provide new‑factory antenna hardware (VHF, UHF, microwave, waveguide, etc.) and associated accessories.
• Deliver design, engineering, and consulting services including RF path analysis, intermodulation studies, and licensing support.
• Perform installation, on‑site repair, and maintenance services with qualified technicians and tower crews.
• Submit a statewide price agreement with a 90‑day price validity, net‑30 payment terms, and optional extensions up to six years total.
