Auxiliaries Facilities Food Service Equipment Maintenance

New Mexico State University is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive maintenance and repair services for its general campus equipment and commercial‑type cafeteria/kitchen equipment. The contract will be awarded on a multi‑source basis, allowing more than one vendor to be selected. The initial term is four years with the possibility of annual renewals up to a total of ten years. Vendors must demonstrate at least five years of experience, possess appropriate New Mexico licenses, EPA Section 608 certification, and be capable of 24/7 emergency response (within two hours). Proposals must be submitted electronically through the SciQuest portal by the sealed‑until deadline, and responders must agree to NMSU’s standard terms and conditions.
