The City of Los Angeles – Council District 8 is seeking a qualified consulting firm to develop a comprehensive strategic plan (Phase I) for Nations Plaza, a two‑week activation tied to the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The consultant will assess feasibility, operational needs, funding strategies, and produce core planning documents—including an event vision, operational framework, financial strategy, sponsorship plan, marketing approach, site layout, budget models, and an implementation roadmap.
