City Hall Replacement Study - REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

The City of Kennewick is seeking proposals from qualified architectural firms to perform a City Hall Replacement Study. The study will include a City Hall Feasibility Study, Civic Campus Master Planning, and an Existing City Hall Renovation Analysis. The selected firm will provide data-driven analyses for informed decision-making regarding improvements to the City Hall facility. • The City Hall Feasibility Study will determine optimal specifications and costs for new construction. • The Civic Campus Master Planning will integrate the new City Hall into a comprehensive Civic Campus Vision. • The Existing City Hall Renovation Analysis will evaluate the viability of two renovation scenarios: a comprehensive full renovation and a minimal life extension improvement. The City reserves the right to select any combination of the components based on budget considerations and Council direction.
