AFOSR FY26 Partnership Intermediary Agreement (PIA) for Integrated Programmatic and Technical Support to increase Technology Transition & Transfer and Collaborative Project Orders (CPOs)

The Air Force Office of Scientific Research (AFOSR) is seeking a Partnership Intermediary Agreement (PIA) to provide integrated programmatic and technical support. The PIA will focus on eight key areas, including partnership development, technology transfer, and STEM workforce development. The agreement will have a total estimated ceiling of $80M and a period of performance of 60 months, with an optional six-month extension. The successful applicant will be required to provide support for multiple Collaborative Project Orders (CPOs), each with its own specific objectives and requirements. Some key aspects of the job include: • Providing support for technology transfer and early-stage technology transition awareness • Facilitating partnerships and collaboration networks across academia, industry, and government • Supporting STEM workforce development and talent pipeline outcomes • Providing data-enabled insight and decision support through analytics and studies • Enhancing transparency, accountability, and effectiveness in the planning and execution of PIA-enabled activities
