Fairtime Temporary Personnel Services

The State of Wyoming, Department of Administration and Information, General Services Division, Procurement Section, is soliciting proposals for fairtime temporary personnel services for the Wyoming State Fair. The successful proposer will provide temporary personnel to support various fair operations, including office staffing, ticket-taking, clerical support, maintenance functions, and other duties assigned by the Agency. The proposer will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising all temporary personnel. Key responsibilities include: • Providing an on-site supervisor to coordinate daily operations and serve as the primary liaison with Wyoming State Fair management • Recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising temporary personnel • Administering payroll and maintaining required employment records • Ensuring staff are properly equipped and trained to fulfill their assigned responsibilities • Maintaining consistent and professional communication with Wyoming State Fair management and other designated Agency representatives
