The Grosse Pointe Public School System is seeking qualified contractors to perform interior renovations at North and South High Schools and to reconstruct the exterior tennis courts. The work is divided into multiple bid categories covering selective demolition, general trades, flooring, casework, fire suppression, HVAC, sitework & utilities, concrete, metal studs/drywall/ceilings, painting, auditorium seating, plumbing, electrical, and tennis‑court surface coating.
