The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, through its Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance, is seeking a qualified landlord to provide approximately 6,700 sf of usable office space for the Department of Mental Health and the Department of Developmental Services. The space must be located in one of seven specified towns, be fully turn‑key with all landlord improvements, furniture, utilities, security, and compliance with accessibility, sustainability, and building‑code standards. The lease will be a gross‑lease for a ten‑year term, with the landlord responsible for all operating expenses and maintenance.
