RFP for Lease of Facility Space for CPD

The City of Cambridge is seeking qualified property owners to lease approximately 22,000 sq ft of flexible space for its Police Department Academy. The lease must accommodate a 12,000 sq ft multi‑use exercise area, 3,500 sq ft of classrooms, 1,600 sq ft of locker rooms, and a 4,000 sq ft indoor shooting range (to be fitted out by the City). The space must be within Cambridge or an 8‑mile radius, provide 24/7 controlled access, at least 40 off‑street parking spaces, high‑speed fiber‑optic internet, and be ready for occupancy by June 1 2027.
